In the letter, Yoshida was very apologetic to the fanbase, saying that the responsibility falls solely on him. We have an important announcement regarding the release date of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker. Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker will no longer launch on November 23 and will now instead release on December 7, with early access going out a few days earlier on December 3.
Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida has announced through an online letter that the expansion has been delayed, buy about two weeks.
Unfortunately, it looks like we’ll have to wait just a bit longer before we get our hands on it. Endwalker has some serious momentum behind it, and with the promise of more content to follow after the release, the future of Square Enix’s MMORPG is looking good. The eagerly anticipated Final Fantasy XIV expansion is almost here.
